Oysters Florentine, Cornmeal dusted and fried, served over roasted garlic, white wine, and spinach cream sauce
 
Barbecue Grilled Lamb chops, served with a mint & herb slaw.
 
Mixed Baby Greens salad with strawberries & blue cheese finished with duck confit, tossed in balsamic vinaigrette
 
Second Course Choices
 
6oz Grilled Filet Mignon and Rosemary Skewered Grilled Shrimp, accompanied by roasted red pepper potato croquettes and asparagus
 
Veal Saltimbocca; thin tender veal medallions sautéed and topped with fresh sage, prosciutto and house made mozzarella. Served over house made papardelle pasta in a Marsala cream sauce
 
Chicken Roulade stuffed with spinach, caramelized onions and brie, with bacon and walnut risotto.
 
  Potato wrapped salmon with wilted spinach, finished with a mild dill horseradish cream.

Eighty Jarvis restaurant is owned and operated by Western Massachusetts residents, Jeff Aldrich and his sons Alexander and Nicholas Aldrich; who are both graduates of Johnson and Wales, a well respected leader in culinary education.

The Aldrich's love of fine food, wine and entertaining was inspired by Rosetta Aldrich, the matriarch of the family. Rosetta was a skilled and innovative cook who made every meal memorable. In Rosetta's honor, guests at Eighty Jarvis will enjoy recipes created by the grandsons she inspired.

Providing our guests with great food and casual conversation in a relaxed fine dining atmosphere, reminiscent of Sunday dinners at Grandma's is our goal for the restaurant” said general manager, Alex Aldrich.

Eighty Jarvis seats approximately 60 guests in the dining room, with accommodations for 20 at the bar. Guests can also enjoy al fresco dining on the outdoor patio from late spring to early fall.
